Role Summary

Design analog and mixed-signal blocks for battery management and 48V automotive products within a cross-functional project team. Work from architecture through schematic, verification, layout review and lab validation to product qualification and release.

Collaborate with design architects, layout engineers and verification teams to meet targets for area, power, performance, safety and reliability in automotive environments.

Responsibilities

The role covers design, verification, layout checks and lab validation for analog/mixed-signal circuits used in battery management and related automotive applications.

• Define and propose optimal analog architectures considering area, power and performance.
• Translate specifications into electrical schematics and block-level designs.
• Create and execute verification plans including PVT, statistical, ESD/EMC and post-layout simulations.
• Review and validate layout routing for the designed circuits.
• Participate in lab debug, product validation and qualification activities up to product release.
• Collaborate with global design teams and other technical groups within the company.

Requirements

Must-have technical skills and experience for successful performance in this role.

• Analog IC design experience (analog or mixed-signal block design).
• Experience with smart-power BiCMOS technologies.
• Proficiency with Cadence IC design tools.
• Good communication skills in French and English.
• Experience with requirement traceability management and ISO 26262 processes.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in battery management systems (BMS), high-voltage CMOS or 48V product domains.
• Experience with layout validation, post-layout and statistical simulations, and lab-level product debugging.
