Role Summary

Join MPS R&D to design and develop integrated power-management ICs. As a campus hire, you will work across the product lifecycle — circuit design, verification, and silicon validation — under senior engineering mentorship.

Experience Level

Entry-level / New graduate (campus hire).

Responsibilities

You will contribute to product definition, circuit implementation, verification, and post-silicon activities. Key responsibilities include:

• Contribute to product definition and evaluate suitable process nodes.
• Perform circuit design from transistor level to system level.
• Run circuit simulation and verification; develop test methodologies.
• Supervise and verify physical layout for electrical compliance.
• Lead post-silicon debugging, characterization, and device evaluation.
• Support test-program development and production/product release activities.
• Propose and document novel circuit ideas; help prepare application notes, data sheets, and demo boards.

Requirements

Must-have technical skills and competencies; candidates should be able to work under guidance of senior engineers.

• Solid fundamentals in analog and digital circuits, semiconductor physics, and IC design flows.
• Familiarity with power-management topics: topologies, control schemes, stability analysis, and compensation techniques.
• Experience using mainstream EDA tools for circuit design and simulation.
• Problem-solving ability and practical approach to engineering tasks.
• Clear verbal and written communication; effective teamwork skills.
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines under supervision.

Education Requirements

Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or Microelectronics. Position is for fresh graduates only.
