Analog Design Engineer

Role Summary

Design, verify, test and support analog integrated circuits across the product lifecycle. Work on specification derivation, circuit architecture, simulation, laboratory characterization of prototypes, production test development, and customer system support. The role is part of TI's Career Accelerator Program (CAP) during the first year.

Responsibilities

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Interface with customers to translate application requirements into analog design specifications.
  • Develop design architectures, analog circuits, and layouts to meet specifications.
  • Perform circuit simulation and verification using industry tools.
  • Characterize prototypes in the lab, debug silicon behavior, and close gaps between simulation and measured results.
  • Define and implement production test methods to ensure product quality.
  • Support customers in system bring-up and collaborate across functions to deliver products.

Requirements

Key requirements and preferred attributes:

  • Must-have: 1+ years of professional experience in analog circuit design or a closely related engineering role.
  • Must-have: Practical experience with circuit simulation and laboratory characterization of analog circuits.
  • Nice-to-have: Strong verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, teamwork, initiative, analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong time-management for on-time project delivery.

Education Requirements
