Analog Design Engineer (2027 Campus/New Graduate)

Role Summary

Design analog integrated circuits for new TI products, including front-end schematic design, simulation, and post-layout verification. Work within product development teams that cover areas such as power, linear, RF, audio, imaging, and automotive applications.

This is a new-graduate position that includes participation in TI's Career Accelerator Program (CAP) to provide technical training and on-the-job learning during the first year.

Experience Level

Entry-level / New graduate (targeted at 2027 campus hires). Typical experience: recent graduates or students completing a bachelor's degree; 0–3 years of professional experience.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Define, design, model, implement and document analog (and mixed-signal/RF) integrated circuits.
  • Create schematics and perform functional and parametric simulations.
  • Support IC layout tasks and perform post-layout extracted simulations.
  • Participate in bench characterization, final test, and failure analysis.
  • Collaborate with verification, digital-design, test, and cross-functional teams throughout product development.
  • Learn and apply state-of-the-art wafer process knowledge and design-for-manufacturing considerations.
