Role Summary

Early-career program placement working on analog integrated-circuit (IC) design within TI's product development organization in Knoxville. The role involves front-end analog design activities and exposure to back-end validation and test processes.

Participants will design, simulate, and help implement analog, digital and/or RF circuits, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and receive structured technical and professional training through TI's Career Accelerator Program.

Experience Level

Entry-level / new graduate (early-career). The position is intended for recent graduates participating in TI's Career Accelerator Program.

Responsibilities

Typical duties include hands-on circuit design, simulation, and supporting implementation and test activities.

• Develop schematics and perform circuit simulations for functionality and parametric performance.
• Support IC layout activities and run post-layout extracted simulations.
• Perform bench characterization, support final test and failure analysis.
• Collaborate with verification, digital design, test, and manufacturing teams.
• Participate in formal technical training and on-the-job learning through the Career Accelerator Program.
• Communicate design intent and results clearly to stakeholders and team members.
