Role Summary
Design and verify analog circuits for analog and mixed-signal IPs in advanced process nodes. Work covers floorplanning, circuit design, parameter extraction, transistor- and behavioral-level simulation, and verification to meet power, performance, area, timing, and yield targets. Role is based in the Tel Aviv / Jerusalem offices.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
- Design and develop analog circuits for analog and mixed-signal IP blocks in advanced process nodes.
- Create floorplans and perform circuit-level design and optimization.
- Extract chip parameters and run behavioral and transistor-level simulations.
- Prepare and execute test plans; verify functionality and evaluate test results against specifications.
- Optimize circuits for power, performance, area, timing, leakage, and yield goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally; report design progress and resolve performance and circuit issues.
- Work with architecture and layout teams to ensure robustness and required electrical characteristics.
Requirements
Must-have:
- Experience designing analog circuits for analog or mixed-signal IPs in advanced process nodes.
- Experience with floorplanning, parameter extraction, and circuit simulation (behavioral and transistor-level).
- Experience creating and executing test plans and verifying designs to meet PPA and yield objectives.
- Ability to collaborate with architecture and layout teams and to track and resolve design issues.
