Job Title

Analog/AMS Verification Engineer - HBM

Role Summary

Work on verification of analog, mixed-signal (AMS), and memory-related designs (HBM and emerging memory architectures). Collaborate with global design and verification teams to develop verification environments, testbenches, and stimulus, and to simulate, analyze, and debug pre-silicon full-chip designs.

Experience Level

Mid-level β€” 5+ years of experience in analog, digital, and/or AMS verification (as specified).

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include directing verification activities in assigned areas and supporting design projects through simulation and analysis.

  • Define and guide verification strategy within assigned projects and expertise areas.
  • Simulate, analyze, and debug pre-silicon full-chip designs across voltages, functions, corners, and hierarchies.
  • Develop test cases and stimulus to increase functional coverage for HBM and other memory architectures.
  • Develop verification methodologies, environments, testbenches, and test vectors; run regressions and perform coverage analysis.
  • Collaborate with international colleagues to develop new verification flows and address design challenges.
  • Mentor and guide new or less-experienced engineers on the team.

Requirements

Must-have technical skills and experience for the role; nice-to-have items listed separately.

  • 5+ years experience in analog, digital, and/or AMS verification.
  • Proficiency with SPICE simulations and circuit-level modeling.
  • Strong knowledge of electronic circuit concepts and analytical experience with CMOS and/or gate-level circuit designs.
  • Good understanding of timing closure and static timing analysis (STA).
  • Demonstrated communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience mentoring and guiding other engineers.
  • Nice-to-have: experience with HBM, DRAM, SRAM, or other memory technologies.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's or post-graduate degree in Electronics Engineering or a related engineering field is required.
