Responsibilities
Deliver research-driven algorithm development from concept through validation and integration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Research, design, and develop algorithms for 3D metrology applications.
- Implement computer vision and machine learning solutions, including image registration and segmentation.
- Build statistical and probabilistic models; perform performance analysis and error-bound estimation.
- Analyze complex datasets and signals to improve measurement accuracy and robustness.
- Collaborate with physicists, system engineers, and software developers to transition algorithms into products.
- Drive validation, testing, and optimization of algorithms in real-world metrology systems.

Must-have:
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills; research-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving ability.
- Experience in Computer Vision, including image registration and segmentation.
- Solid background in Signal Processing and Estimation Theory, including statistical modeling and Maximum Likelihood estimation.
- Experience with machine learning algorithms, optimization techniques, and performance analysis.
- Strong programming and algorithm development capabilities.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with SEM imaging and semiconductor metrology applications.
Education Requirements
M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative field (as stated in the posting).
