Responsibilities
Deliver and integrate AI-based graphics technologies across the product lifecycle.
- Define technical direction and drive execution for XeSS and adjacent AI graphics projects.
- Design and evaluate model architectures for real-time graphics workloads.
- Lead end-to-end work: dataset capture/processing, training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Optimize models and inference for GPU performance, memory and latency constraints.
- Collaborate with research, software, hardware architects, validation, and ecosystem partners to productize features.
- Guide visual-quality tradeoffs and performance/product integration decisions.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and demonstrated experience.
- Proven AI/ML experience for real-time graphics, imaging, or video (e.g. super-resolution, frame generation, denoising, reconstruction, optical flow).
- Experience taking AI technologies from research to product: model architecture, datasets, training, evaluation, optimization, and deployment.
- Strong understanding of GPU architecture and hardware-aware optimization for performance, memory, and latency.
- Ability to lead technical initiatives and work cross-functionally across research, software, and hardware teams.
Preferred / Nice-to-have
- Experience with XeSS, neural rendering, or similar AI-based graphics technologies.
- Familiarity with modern model families (e.g. Vision Transformers, diffusion models, LLM architectures) and high-performance GPU compute/inference kernels.
- Experience with dataset capture/processing and training infrastructure for graphics AI models.
- Experience with SDK/API development and influencing accelerator (GPU/NPU) features from workload analysis.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field with 10+ years of experience, or a Master's degree in a related field with 8+ years of experience. (These degree and years-of-experience requirements are specified by the employer.)
