Responsibilities

Key engineering responsibilities for this role include:

  • Design and implement ML/AI-driven strategies to automate specification analysis, RTL/testbench generation, and intelligent debug cycles.
  • Develop and deploy AI agents and agentic frameworks using Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to connect LLMs with internal tools.
  • Architect and maintain AI-native development environments and IDE integrations.
  • Write clean, scalable code for verification infrastructure, data mining, and internal web services.
  • Deploy AI-driven tools to cloud environments and integrate them into automated CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate across verification, design, and software teams to validate and productionize verification automation.

Requirements

Required and preferred technical skills and constraints:

  • Must-have: Proficiency in Python, C/C++, or object-oriented Perl; strong Object-Oriented Programming skills.
  • Must-have: Experience with version control systems (Git or Perforce) and CI/CD workflows (Jenkins or GitHub Actions).
  • Must-have: Experience deploying services or tools to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, or OCI) and integrating with automated pipelines.
  • Must-have: Strong communication skills to present AI methodologies and collaborate with distributed teams.
  • Must-have: This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship; candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Nice-to-have: Familiarity with hardware description and verification languages and methodologies such as SystemVerilog, UVM, and assertions.
  • Nice-to-have: Experience with LLMs, agent design, Model Context Protocol patterns, AI-native IDE tooling, and web frameworks.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field (BS or MS). No alternative equivalent-experience language specified.
