Work with international teams to develop AI-driven capabilities (chatbot, knowledge base, semantic search, MLOps) that understand analog IC terminology and support design engineers.
Experience Level
Mid-level - requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (see Education Requirements for degree expectation).
Responsibilities
Primary duties involve developing AI solutions and tooling that integrate with analog IC design environments and supporting global adoption.
- Define and implement methodologies and tools with the IP and design teams to support analog IC design flows.
- Integrate generative AI models into design workflows and internal chatbot platforms to improve context awareness for analog IC concepts.
- Design and maintain a domain-specific knowledge base and semantic search to support analog IC understanding.
- Develop, deploy, and operate MLOps pipelines and deployment processes for models and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional, international teams to ensure smooth integration and adoption of AI tooling.
- Write technical documentation, maintain quality and performance standards, and support users worldwide.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and experience required to perform the role.
- Strong Python expertise, including object-oriented design.
- Practical experience with GNNs and open-source multi-modal foundational models.
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face libraries and/or CUDA.
- Experience working in Linux environments; familiarity with Bash and build systems (CMake).
- Experience with AWS services relevant to model hosting (AWS Bedrock, Lambda) and cloud-based workflows.
- Database knowledge, including vector databases and semantic search technologies.
- Experience with MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tooling for ML workloads.
- Strong written and verbal communication, documentation, analysis, and teamwork skills.
Nice-to-have:
- Analog IC design knowledge or affinity with analog design.
- Experience with Docker, containerization, Git, CI/CD frameworks, and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira).
- Familiarity with testing platforms (e.g., Robot Framework), Cadence SKILL, Streamlit, and OSS governance.
- C/C++ or additional object-oriented programming experience.
Education Requirements
Minimum MS/MSc degree in Electrical Engineering with software expertise; minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Preference indicated for candidates with analog IC design knowledge or strong affinity to analog design.
