Role Summary

Mid-career verification engineer responsible for functional verification of FPGA designs and supporting lab bring-up and debug. Works on a systems or subsystem team to validate FPGA functionality, performance, and integration against requirements.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include designing and executing verification plans, debugging failures, and collaborating with design and integration teams.

• Create and execute functional verification plans and test cases for FPGA designs.
• Develop and maintain testbenches using SystemVerilog/UVM or equivalent methodologies.
• Run simulations with industry tools and analyze results to identify design issues.
• Perform hardware bring-up and lab debug on FPGA prototypes; use oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and JTAG tools.
• Automate verification and regression flows using scripting (e.g., Python, TCL) and CI tools.
• Collaborate with RTL designers, system engineers, and software teams to resolve integration issues.
• Document verification status, test results, and defect reports.

Requirements

• Must-have: Practical experience in FPGA functional verification and verification methodologies (e.g., SystemVerilog, UVM, or equivalent).
