Advanced NAND Process Integration Group Lead

Role Summary

Lead the Advanced NAND Process Integration team responsible for defining and enabling Micron's next-generation NAND technology roadmap. Drive technology pathfinding, advanced architecture development, and cross-functional execution across device, process, test, reliability, and operations teams.

Build and lead a global engineering organization focused on delivering manufacturable solutions and accelerating technology readiness.

Experience Level

Senior β€” 10+ years of semiconductor technology development experience, preferably with NAND process integration and early silicon pathfinding.

Responsibilities

Own technical direction and execution for advanced NAND process integration and pathfinding projects.

  • Define NAND technology roadmap, identify gaps, and set pathfinding strategy and architecture targets.
  • Lead technology development from concept through delivery: process architecture, CSPEC/FMEA, test vehicle execution, and manufacturable solution development.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects with Device, Design, Probe, Test, Reliability, Yield, and Operations to deliver milestones.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing global engineering team; foster technical excellence and accountability.
  • Drive workflow optimization and accelerate learning cycles to improve time-to-delivery.
  • Adopt and promote responsible use of AI-enabled tools and data-driven methods to increase engineering productivity and decision-making.

Requirements

Must-have technical skills, leadership experience, and working methods for the role.

  • Proven leadership in semiconductor technology development and process integration, with track record of delivering complex programs.
  • Deep knowledge of NAND architecture, device physics, process integration, yield, and reliability; ability to solve complex technical challenges.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders around priorities and strategic objectives.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with CSPEC/FMEA, test vehicle execution, and developing manufacturable solutions.
  • Digital fluency; ability to leverage AI-enabled tools and data-driven methodologies responsibly.
  • Experience building and mentoring engineering teams, promoting collaboration and continuous learning.

Education Requirements

MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field (specified in the posting). No certifications or equivalent-degree language was listed.
