2026Y NCG - Test Engineer

Role Summary

Participate in new silicon development and test engineering for automotive-grade products. Work with cross-functional global teams to develop, debug and support probe, final-test (FT), burn-in and reliability test solutions that meet quality and cost targets.

Experience Level

Entry-level. Suitable for early-career candidates or recent graduates (approximately 0–3 years' experience).

Responsibilities

Execute test engineering tasks across product introduction, qualification and reliability phases.

• Develop and debug probe and final-test (FT) test solutions, including test hardware and test program support.
• Develop or contribute to burn-in and reliability stress code for product qualification.
• Support silicon matrix characterization, perform initial data analysis, and assist with customer sample deliveries and qualification.
• Drive improvements in product yield, test time and test coverage through data-driven analysis.
• Collaborate with Design, Applications and Manufacturing teams to resolve NPI issues and improve test methodologies.
• Contribute to projects that improve test efficiency and methodology; learn and apply structured problem-solving techniques.

• Familiarity with probe and final-test (FT) solutions, test hardware, or test program development.
• Knowledge of burn-in, reliability stress procedures, or silicon characterization and basic data analysis.
• Good oral and written English communication skills; demonstrated ability to work in teams.
• Self-motivated, willing to learn and take on challenges.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Communications, Automation (Automatization) or a related technical field. The posting also notes English proficiency (CET-4 or equivalent) as an expectation.
