Working Student (m/w/d) — R&D Test & Characterization
Role Summary
Support the Test & Characterization R&D team at the Heilbronn site by performing measurement tasks for component qualification, maintaining and improving measurement programs, and assisting with test data collection and basic analysis.
Paid working-student position that provides practical experience in semiconductor test development and access to company employee benefits.

Entry-level — working-student / internship. Intended for current university students; no specific professional experience required.
Responsibilities
The role focuses on laboratory measurement, software support for test programs, and data collection for device qualification.
- Learn departmental procedures in Test & Characterization.
- Perform measurement work for component qualification and data collection.
- Extend and optimize existing measurement programs.
- Support the team with measurement-related tasks and equipment operation.
- Document results and report findings to engineers.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and attributes; no duplicate mention of degree here (see Education Requirements).
- Proficiency in C, C++ or C# for measurement-program work.
- Interest in semiconductor development and laboratory measurement tasks.
- Very good German and English (minimum B2).
- Independent, structured, solution-oriented work style with a hands-on mentality.
- Willingness to learn measurement techniques and follow lab safety procedures.
Education Requirements
Ongoing university studies (working-student) in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Optoelectronics or a comparable technical field (Bachelor's or Master's level). No alternative "equivalent experience" language specified.
