Wireless RTL Design Engineer
Role Summary
Work on wireless SoC RTL and microarchitecture within a cross-disciplinary silicon development team focused on energy-efficient wireless designs. The role contributes to signal-processing intensive blocks used in consumer wireless products and supports bringing designs from model to silicon.

Senior-level; requires a minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include design, specification, and collaboration across hardware and software teams.
- Write specifications and documentation derived from MATLAB/C system models.
- Define microarchitecture for signal-processing and communication blocks.
- Implement RTL logic and support verification activities.
- Run linting and static-check tools and maintain design flows.
- Collaborate with algorithm and software teams to meet performance and power targets.
Requirements

- Fixed-point arithmetic knowledge and experience with bit-true verification.
- Understanding of DSP communication algorithms and trade-offs between performance and complexity.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; self-motivated.
- Nice-to-have: experience with front-end CAD tools such as synthesis, CDC, and power analysis.
