VLSI Integration Engineer
Role Summary
The NVIDIA System-On-Chip design group (SOCD) is seeking a skilled ASIC Engineer focused on SOC design automation, RTL integration, and chip assembly. This role involves building complex networking chips and working alongside various teams including ASIC, Physical Design, CAD, and Software.
Experience Level
Mid-level, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in chip design.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Implementing chip level design through collaboration with Functional Design, DFT, Design Verification, System Verification, STA, and Physical Design teams.
- Tackling functional debug, physical design readiness, emulation, and resolving design quality issues.
- Engaging in daily tasks related to chip level design including partitioning, CDC, RDC, trial synthesis, and design quality checks.
- Participating in flow development and deployment.
Requirements
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
- 2+ years of proven experience in chip design.
- Solid hands-on RTL design skills in System-Verilog.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or TCL.
- Team-oriented mindset.
Education Requirements
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering is required.
