Role Summary
The Verification Manager will lead a team of engineers in the verification of digital/mixed-signal integrated circuit designs. The primary responsibility includes managing verification project deliverables while ensuring quality and adherence to schedules.

Responsibilities
The Verification Manager will:
- Lead, supervise, mentor, and develop a team of verification engineers across multiple projects.
- Track and report verification progress using quantitative metrics.
- Define and implement comprehensive verification plans and test strategies.
- Manage design and implementation of complex testbenches using System Verilog and UVM methodologies.
- Interface with cross-functional teams including system and digital hardware, embedded firmware, and analog sectors.
- Drive advanced verification methodologies and support silicon lab evaluations.
Requirements
Must-have qualifications include:
- 8+ years of experience in integrated circuit design verification.
- 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
- B.S. or M.S. degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
- Proficiency in System Verilog and UVM.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Desired qualifications:
- Knowledge of system-level aspects including signal processing and mixed-signal designs.
- Experience in consumer or ITA market circuit developments.
Education Requirements
B.S. or M.S. degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering is required.
