The Senior High Speed IC Test Engineer will develop comprehensive test solutions for new products to ensure they meet mass production requirements. The engineer will also collect data and provide support to other engineering groups during new product development.
Experience Level
Senior level, with a preference for candidates with a Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related experience.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities include:
- Developing test solutions for new products.
- Collecting data and providing feedback to engineering teams.
- Supporting the test floor to resolve testing issues during production.
Requirements
Required qualifications include:
- M.S. degree in Electronic Engineering or B.S. with 5 years relevant experience.
- Familiarity with semiconductor testing methodologies.
- Experience in high-speed IC testing, including SerDes/DDR/PCIE.
- Proficiency in ATE load board schematic and layout design.
- Understanding of DFT basics such as JTAG/SCAN/MBIST.
- Strong programming and debugging skills in VB, C/C++, Verilog/VHDL, and FPGA.
- Experience with testing platforms like J750, UltraFlex, or Advantest V93K.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- English proficiency, CET-4 required; CET-6 preferred.
Education Requirements
Required education is a Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or a Bachelor’s degree with substantial relevant experience.
