Lead verification activities for semiconductor/ASIC/SoC projects, define verification strategy, and ensure functional quality and delivery for assigned products. Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include:

• Define verification strategy, goals, and schedules for assigned projects.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate verification engineers and contractors.
• Develop and review verification plans, testbenches, test cases, and coverage criteria.
• Drive debug and closure of functional bugs; collaborate with design and firmware to resolve issues.
• Manage verification status reporting, metrics, and risk mitigation activities.
• Recommend and help adopt verification tools, flows, and automation to improve efficiency.
