Role Summary

Responsibilities
Contribute technical leadership across software and automation projects; typical responsibilities include:
- Apply Agile software engineering practices to design and deliver automation for ASIC flows.
- Plan, execute, and oversee technical projects for design automation tools and frameworks.
- Define software and ASIC design approaches; produce detailed design specifications and technical investigations.
- Integrate and deploy tools to accelerate design, verification, and IP integration across projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and network with internal/external experts to adopt best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
Requirements
Key technical skills and experience required or strongly preferred.

Must-have: Extensive programming experience in Python, Perl, and TCL for automation development.
