Lead and manage a team responsible for validation and verification of IP and/or SoC designs. Own verification strategy, delivery schedules, and cross-team coordination to ensure quality and timely silicon/IP releases.

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include technical leadership, people management, and delivery oversight.
- Lead and mentor a team of validation/verification engineers and drive their professional development.
- Define and implement verification strategy, methodologies, and quality targets.
- Plan resources, schedules, and deliverables; track progress and mitigate risks.
- Coordinate with design, architecture, and product teams to resolve verification issues.
- Ensure verification environments, testbenches, automation, and CI processes meet project needs.
- Communicate status and technical risks to stakeholders and implement corrective actions.
Requirements

- Must-have: Proven experience managing verification or validation engineering teams and delivering complex ASIC/SoC or IP verification projects.
- Must-have: Strong technical knowledge of verification methodologies (for example UVM), SystemVerilog, and simulation/debug flows.
- Must-have: Experience with verification automation, CI pipelines, and effective stakeholder communication.
- Nice-to-have: Experience with emulation, FPGA bring-up, formal verification, or system-level validation.
- Nice-to-have: Prior experience in IP development, silicon bring-up, or related RTL design activities.
