Responsibilities
Accountable for verification planning, test development, execution, and reporting for digital hardware (FPGA/ASIC).
- Develop and implement UVM-based verification plans and test strategies for FPGA designs.
- Create SystemVerilog testbenches, test cases, and automation frameworks.
- Perform functional, system-level, and regression testing; run and analyze simulations.
- Debug failures, root-cause defects, and collaborate with designers to resolve issues.
- Measure and improve coverage metrics, and apply formal techniques where appropriate.
- Document test procedures, results, and track defects.
- Optimize verification processes and tooling to improve throughput and accuracy.
Requirements

Must-have: 10+ years of hands-on UVM-based verification experience for FPGA systems.
- Strong proficiency in SystemVerilog and Universal Verification Methodology (UVM).
- Experience with simulation tools such as ModelSim or QuestaSim.
- Proficiency in scripting for automation (Python or Perl).
- Experience with C/C++ and implementing bit-accurate models; familiarity debugging DSP designs.
- Familiarity with coverage metrics, debugging tools, and formal verification techniques.
- Knowledge of O-RAN architecture and 4G/5G protocols relevant to verification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Education Requirements
