Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include technical leadership, customer enablement, and cross-functional execution.

• Define and validate system and chiplet architectures leveraging UCIe.
• Create reference designs, integration guides, and enablement materials for customers and partners.
• Lead silicon/package bring-up, system integration, and lab validation activities.
• Provide technical support to customers and internal teams during design-in and qualification.
• Collaborate with product, hardware, firmware, and software teams to drive requirements and roadmap decisions.
• Mentor and guide other engineers on architecture and integration best practices.

• Must-have: Proven experience in system or SoC architecture and hands-on validation/integration work; strong problem-solving and customer-facing skills.
• Must-have: Practical experience with high-speed chip-to-chip interconnects or related protocols and system-level troubleshooting.
• Must-have: Experience performing silicon/package bring-up, lab validation, and creating technical enablement materials.
• Must-have: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers.
• Nice-to-have: Experience with UCIe ecosystem, chiplet integration, package engineering, PCIe/CXL or related protocols, scripting for automation (e.g., Python), or participation in standards activities.
