Test Process Engineer

Role Summary

Responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing test processes to verify product functionality and quality within manufacturing. The role supports production testing, data and failure analysis, and continuous process improvement to improve yield and production efficiency.

Experience Level

Entry-level (0–3 years). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Investigate yield and quality issues; perform failure analysis and root-cause investigations.
• Develop, optimize, document, and control test and manufacturing processes.
• Analyze test data to identify failures and implement corrective actions.
• Execute and improve test procedures, test setups, and test systems.
• Drive defect-reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support production testing and cross-functional handoffs between test, manufacturing and engineering.
• Participate in on-call support as required.

Requirements

Must-have and preferred skills for successful performance:

• Must-have: Strong analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Must-have: Ability to work in a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment and independently across teams.
• Must-have: Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Nice-to-have: Practical experience with Automated Test Systems (ATE) such as ETS364, 93K, Diamondx, ETS800 or Flex module tester.
• Nice-to-have: Familiarity with analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits.
• Preferred: Demonstrated eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics or related fields). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
