Role Summary
The Test Process Engineer will optimize test processes, tools, systems, and AI-enabled solutions to improve product quality and operational efficiency in test operations at Micron's MSB Singapore site.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Improve test process quality using data-driven and AI-assisted analysis.
- Investigate and resolve process/product deviations (excursions, RMAs) with rapid turnaround.
- Drive continuous improvement through process characterization, optimization, and effective control implementation.
- Manage changes in test processes, including new process/equipment qualification and new product integration for high-volume production.
- Identify opportunities to improve Quality, Efficiency, Cycle Time, Delivery, and Cost via advanced analytics, automation, and AI.
- Lead or participate in projects to implement digital and AI-driven solutions.
- Apply AI tools and automation to enhance decision-making, remove routine tasks, and generate actionable insights.
- Maintain proficiency in AI, data analytics, and digital manufacturing technologies to support smart manufacturing initiatives.
- Follow the site Quality Management System and ensure compliance with ISO/IATF 16949 requirements where applicable.
