Test Engineering Intern (m/f/d)

Role Summary

Support development and implementation of test strategies for assigned product lines to meet qualification, production, and yield targets. Collaborate with design, test, quality, and manufacturing teams to develop tests, analyze data, and resolve product issues.

May perform duties aligned with Product Engineering or Test Engineering roles and participate across the product lifecycle from definition through manufacturing and customer support.

Experience Level

Entry-level internship. Intended for current undergraduate or graduate students.

Responsibilities

Typical responsibilities include:

• Test and troubleshoot devices and test systems.
• Develop qualification, production, and characterization test specifications.
• Create and maintain test documentation; analyze qualification, characterization, and production data.
• Design, debug, and correlate test hardware and software.
• Design interface and measurement circuits to match tester capabilities to product definitions.
• Provide product development support and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

• Nice-to-have: experience with Spotfire, Java, C++, Cadence, or other programming skills.

Education Requirements

Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. The job information also lists "High School Graduate." No specific certifications required; coursework in semiconductor testing and characterization is a plus.
