Test Engineering Group leader
Role Summary
Manage a multisite team responsible for development of industrial test solutions for mass production of Automotive Radar System-on-Chip products. The role ensures delivery of test content across digital, memory, security and high-speed I/O domains and coordinates with product, program, DfT and validation teams.
Experience Level
Mid-level: role expects an experienced manager (manages a team of 10+). Candidates should have approximately 5+ years of relevant SoC test development experience.
Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate test engineering activities from NPI through product ramp-up and ensure timely, quality deliveries.
- Lead a multisite team of 10+ test engineers developing SoC Automotive Radar test solutions for mass production.
- Plan and support test engineering execution during New Product Introduction (NPI) and ramp-up phases.
- Own delivery quality and schedules for test content in Digital, Memory, Security and High-Speed I/O domains.
- Coordinate and align with Test Engineering managers, Product Engineering, Program Management, DfT and Validation across global locations.
- Develop, coach and mentor engineers to improve team performance and processes.

Must-have:
- Proven experience leading multicultural, multisite engineering teams.
- Practical experience in SoC test development and test content delivery for production (Digital, Memory, Security, High-Speed I/O).
- Experience with automated test equipment (ATE) workflows and integration in production test environments.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) and ability to operate with global partners across US, Europe and Asia.
- Strong team leadership, problem-solving, task organization and execution skills.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with specific ATE systems such as Advantest or Smartest8.
- Experience with Analog and RF/mmWave test domains.
Education Requirements
Master's degree in Electronics or equivalent practical experience.
