Test Engineer | Precision ADC

Role Summary

This position involves testing highly integrated multi-rail power management devices. The successful candidate will collaborate with design teams to develop test plans, create hardware interfaces, and conduct various analyses to ensure product quality.

Experience Level

Senior level; requires at least 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

The main responsibilities include:

  • Work with design teams to understand specifications.
  • Generate test plans and create test programming.
  • Design ATE hardware interface boards.
  • Debug and analyze silicon characterization results.
  • Conduct statistical yield analysis and optimize test times.
  • Collaborate with production teams to release products into production.
  • Define and implement test strategies for new DCDC converter products.
  • Perform comprehensive device debugging and failure analysis.
  • Develop cost-effective test solutions ensuring product quality.

Requirements

The following qualifications are required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 4 years of relevant ATE experience on Advantest V93K, Teradyne Eagle, or equivalent.
  • Experience in characterization and production test program development.
  • Strong knowledge of electronic devices and analog testing techniques.
  • Data analysis proficiency using Spotfire or equivalent tools.
  • Familiarity with lab equipment.
  • Knowledge of IC product development processes.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with mixed signal test techniques.
  • Programming skills in C, Python, C#.
  • Strong analytical and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage time effectively.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
