Mid-level β 5+ years of relevant test or product engineering experience.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include developing and validating tests, analyzing silicon results, and working with design and production teams to release products to volume production.
- Collaborate with design engineers to interpret specifications and define test requirements.
- Create test plans and develop characterization and production test programs.
- Design ATE hardware interface boards and qual hardware for silicon qualification.
- Debug silicon on ATE and correlate ATE results with bench measurements.
- Perform failure analysis and device-level debugging to resolve yield and functional issues.
- Analyze yield fallout and implement test-time and yield improvements.
- Define and implement test strategies for new DC-DC converter products.
- Support transfer of test programs and hardware to manufacturing sites.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills and relevant experience follow; preferred skills are listed separately.
- Experience in probe and final test development for mixed-signal integrated circuits.
- Experience developing ATE test programs and hardware interfaces; familiarity with STDF-based data workflows.
- Characterization, qualification, and failure-analysis experience on silicon and ATE.
- Strong knowledge of analog devices, mixed-signal test techniques, and test optimization.
- Data analysis skills for test data (Spotfire, dataPower, or equivalent).
- Hands-on experience with lab equipment: oscilloscopes, sourcemeters, power supplies, electronic loads.
- Preferred: Teradyne Eagle or equivalent analog ATE experience; LabVIEW/TestStand; scripting/programming (Python, C++, C#); revision control (Git/Subversion).
