Role Summary
The Test Engineer will optimize and control wafer-test processes to improve product quality, yield, efficiency, and cycle time in high-volume production at Fab 10N/X in Singapore. The role partners with operations, equipment, and product teams to qualify changes, resolve deviations, and implement continuous improvements.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include process control, continuous improvement, and enabling data-driven decisions in test operations.
- Optimize test processes, tools, and systems to improve product quality and operational efficiency.
- Drive improvements to test yield and resolve process/product deviations.
- Characterize processes, implement controls, and lead root-cause problem resolution.
- Qualify new test processes and equipment; integrate new products into production.
- Identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, cycle time, delivery, and cost.
- Lead or participate in projects to realize improvement opportunities through engineering solutions.
- Design and develop business-intelligence reporting and dashboards for data visualization and decision support.
- Integrate AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness while complying with standards and legal requirements.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by testing and sharing AI-enabled and process enhancements.
Requirements
