Test Engineer, ASC Interface
Role Summary
Perform test and product engineering for analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits, focusing on probe and final test development, qualification, and manufacturing support. Work with design, manufacturing, quality, reliability, and failure analysis teams to ensure product performance, yield, and cost targets are met.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include test development, qualification, yield analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Develop test solutions for analog multiplexers, protection diodes, transceivers, and isolation ICs targeting automotive and industrial markets.
- Design and develop ATE test hardware and software, including qualification hardware.
- Perform device qualification and characterization to meet product and manufacturing requirements.
- Analyze yield fallout, perform statistical analysis, debug yield issues, and optimize test time.
- Collaborate with design, applications, manufacturing, quality, reliability, FA, and process/package development groups globally.
- Support product transfers, address customer returns, and drive quality, yield, and cost-reduction activities on mature products.
Requirements
Must-have and preferred technical skills and experience.
- Must-have: 5+ years of relevant test/product engineering experience in probe and final test development or comparable roles.
- ATE experience on Teradyne Eagle (ETS88, ETS364, ETS800) or equivalent analog ATE (V93K, J750HD, UFLEX); Eagle experience preferred.
- Production ATE test program and hardware development experience.
- Strong knowledge of electronic devices, circuits, and analog test techniques; experienced with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, power supplies, source-measure units, loads).
- Data analysis using Spotfire or equivalent STDF-based tools.
- Experience with product transfers, yield improvement, and test-time reduction; understanding of IC product development lifecycle.
- Nice-to-have: Mixed-signal test development experience; programming/scripting in C++, Python, C#; familiarity with JEDEC and AEC qualification requirements; strong communication and project management skills.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required (posting lists "Bachelor's Degree" / "Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering"). No Master's/PhD or equivalent-experience language was specified.
