Role Summary
The Test Engineer at Texas Instruments will engage in testing integrated circuits during the production process. The emphasis will be on identifying critical testing points, developing test hardware, and ensuring that power solutions are meeting quality and market requirements.

Responsibilities
The Test Engineer will perform a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Working with the design team to understand specifications and challenges.
- Generating test plans and creating test programs.
- Debugging and correlating silicon results with bench data.
- Conducting statistical analysis of yield fallout and optimizing test times.
- Releasing products to volume production.
- Implementing test strategies for multiphase controller and power devices.
- Conducting silicon qualification and failure analysis.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support customer needs.
- Engaging with application engineers and customers for technical support.
Requirements
Minimum requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in test engineering.
- ATE experience with Teradyne Eagle or equivalent tools.
- Strong understanding of electronic devices and analog testing techniques.
- Data analysis skills using tools such as Spotfire.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment like oscilloscopes and power supplies.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with mixed signal test techniques.
- Proficiency in C++, Python, or C# programming.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage projects effectively.
Education Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
