Role Summary
The role involves developing high speed mixed-signal integrated circuits (IC) from initial specifications to mass production. Responsibilities include developing test solutions, characterizing and qualifying products, enhancing yield, and resolving production-related issues.
Experience Level
Mid-level with a Master’s degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or a Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing product test plans in collaboration with design and test engineers.
- Supporting product characterization and qualification, enhancing yield and quality in mass production.
- Collaborating with the internal team for engineering sample support and timely delivery.
- Resolving internal and external issues to improve product quality.
- Supporting product and process transfer to subcontractors.
Requirements
The following are required:
- Master’s degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering; Bachelor’s degree with 5 years’ experience accepted.
- Experience in NPI of high-speed ICs, including SerDes, DDR, and PCIE.
- Familiarity with SOC product characterization and qualification.
- Experience with ATE testing and data analysis.
- Strong responsibility and positive work attitude.
- Experience in low yield analysis and quality issue resolution.
- Ability to manage subcontractors in various locations.
- Proficiency in using high-speed testing instruments.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Good English skills (CET-4 minimum; CET-6 preferred).
Education Requirements
Master’s degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
