Role Summary

This role involves testing of highly integrated Motor Driver devices within a growing market. The engineer will collaborate with design teams and production to ensure product quality through rigorous testing and analysis.

Experience Level

Mid-level, with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities include:

  • Work with the design team to understand specifications.
  • Generate test plans and create testing programs.
  • Develop ATE hardware interface boards.
  • Debug silicon on ATE and correlate results with bench data.
  • Analyze silicon results and support failure analysis.
  • Perform statistical analysis of yield fallout and optimize test time.
  • Release products for volume production.
  • Define and implement test strategy for new products.
  • Develop test hardware and software for ATE.
  • Manage comprehensive device debugging and design validation.

Requirements

Minimum requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with Teradyne Eagle or equivalent ATE.
  • Proficient in C++, Python, and C# for programming/scripting.
  • Strong knowledge of electronic devices and circuits.
  • Familiarity with test program and hardware development.
  • Experience with mixed-signal test techniques.

Education Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
