Role Summary

Develop, maintain and debug test programs and test flows for radar integrated circuits to support new product introduction, production industrialization and customer return analysis. Act as technical owner of test programs and hardware, and work with cross-functional teams and manufacturing sites within the AAES Radar and ADAS business line.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include test program development, production support, and test quality control.

• Develop, maintain and debug test programs for different IP domains of radar chips.
• Drive test development and test cost reduction for new product creation and industrialization.
• Support production fulfillment and investigate customer returns using ATE (automatic test equipment).
• Serve as the technical owner for test programs and related test hardware.
• Control changes to test programs and test hardware through a structured change process.

Requirements

Must-have technical skills and behaviors; followed by desirable skills.

• Must-have: Programming interest/experience in C++, Java, or VB.
• Must-have: Basic understanding of digital, analog and RF function blocks and electronic circuits.
• Must-have: Basic knowledge of semiconductor test methodology and basic data analysis skills.
• Must-have: Fluent English (spoken and written); proactive and able to work independently and in teams.
• Must-have: Willingness to participate in overseas training and to handle new challenges.
• Nice-to-have: Experience with ATE test platforms.
• Nice-to-have: Good understanding of VLSI test techniques and industrial flow.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience is expected.
