Test Engineer

Role Summary

This role involves driving testing for Isolation devices within a team focused on significant market growth. The Test Engineer will be responsible for developing and production testing, ensuring high quality and reliability in test solutions.

Experience Level

Mid-level; 3–5 years of experience in analog or mixed-signal test engineering is required.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with design teams to understand specifications
  • Generating test plans and creating test programs
  • Debugging and characterizing silicon on ATE
  • Performing statistical analysis of yield fallout
  • Releasing products to volume production
  • Defining and implementing test strategies for new products
  • Driving robust and cost-effective testing solutions
  • Mentoring junior engineers
  • Working effectively in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

Minimum requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
  • ATE experience on Teradyne Eagle or equivalent
  • Characterization test program and hardware development experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of electronic devices and circuits
  • Data analysis skills using tools like Spotfire
  • Experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes
  • Strong communication and time management skills

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics Engineering or related field.
