Role Summary

Manage planning and execution of cross-functional software projects supporting semiconductor products, platforms, tools, or embedded systems. Coordinate engineering, product, quality, and operations teams to maintain schedules, track risks and dependencies, and drive delivery.

Work within Agile software development practices; role may require up to 10% travel.

Responsibilities

Support and coordinate technical software project delivery across multiple teams.

• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource needs with engineering and business stakeholders.
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and escalate issues to maintain delivery schedules.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and status reviews.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, dashboards, action logs, and status reports for stakeholders.
• Support software lifecycle activities: requirements tracking, development planning, validation coordination, release readiness, and change control.
• Promote process consistency, continuous improvement, and cross-functional communication.

Requirements

Must-have technical project management skills and experience in software delivery within technical environments.

• Experience supporting or managing technical/software development projects in semiconductor, embedded software, or related engineering environments.
• Working knowledge of software development lifecycle practices, project scheduling, risk and dependency tracking.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and experience facilitating or participating in Agile team ceremonies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools for schedules, risks, and team coordination (preferred).
• Experience supporting releases, validation planning, or cross-functional software delivery efforts (preferred).

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
