Role Summary

As a Technical Program Manager on the Security IP team, you will coordinate and drive execution of Security IP features and projects across SoC programs. You will partner with engineering, architecture, and product teams to plan, track, and deliver security IP components that meet schedule, quality, and integration targets.

Senior-level program manager. Years of experience not specified; role expects demonstrated experience leading large-scale technical programs and coordinating cross-functional engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Responsible for planning, executing, and communicating program status and risks for Security IP projects.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and task plans with Security IP leadership and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress using metrics, status reports, action-item tracking, and regular reviews.
• Ensure project activities, processes, and documentation meet established project management standards.
• Identify, assess, and track risks, issues, and dependencies; coordinate mitigation plans.
• Track scope, timelines, quality targets, and key deliverables to support project objectives.
• Serve as primary coordinator between Security IP and SoC teams and facilitate cross-team alignment.
• Represent Security IP in cross-functional planning, architecture, and program review meetings.
• Provide regular status updates and escalate issues to support timely resolution and informed decision-making.
• Contribute to process, tool, and template improvements and coordinate knowledge-sharing and training activities.

Requirements

Must-have skills and experience to perform the role effectively.

• Program management experience delivering complex technical projects in the semiconductor or related engineering environment.
• Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams across cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present technical information to diverse audiences.
• Experience collaborating with geographically distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Familiarity with Agile development environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Nice-to-have: experience with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft Office; Agile certification; experience with AI tools; working knowledge of Windows and Linux.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics & Communication) or equivalent practical experience is desired; equivalent experience is explicitly accepted.
