Job Title

Technical Program Manager, Systems Engineering

Role Summary

Lead post-silicon productization of high-performance PCIe cards and high-power multi-chip server systems. Coordinate cross-functional work to deliver manufacturable, reliable, and supportable products through validation, NPI, manufacturing, and supply-chain activities.

Bring structure and momentum to programs by aligning objectives, milestones, resources, risks, and deliverables across product management, hardware, software, supply chain, manufacturing, NPI, and external suppliers.

Experience Level

Senior. Requires at least 4 years of product design or validation experience and 3+ years leading projects or technical programs.

Responsibilities

Own program plans and coordination from post-silicon to production, ensuring release readiness and cross-functional alignment.

  • Define and maintain integrated program plans covering scope, schedule, resources, performance targets, sourcing, manufacturing, testing, and release readiness.
  • Coordinate module- and system-level validation, including compliance, reliability, and life/testing required for product launch.
  • Monitor execution, surface risks early, and drive practical mitigation and decision-making with stakeholders.
  • Manage NPI, ODM, and supplier activities to meet manufacturing and delivery requirements.
  • Maintain program documentation: test procedures, drawings, bills of materials, reports, and program-review presentations.
  • Facilitate clear communication between product, engineering, manufacturing, customer support, and leadership.

Requirements

Must-have technical program management skills and hands-on experience shipping hardware products; education details are in the Education Requirements section below.

  • Proven experience leading cross-functional hardware product programs, especially post-silicon productization.
  • Practical experience with validation, compliance testing, reliability/life testing, and release-readiness activities.
  • Familiarity with NPI processes, manufacturing readiness, ODM coordination, and supplier management.
  • Strong stakeholder management, clear communication, and the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Skilled at creating and maintaining program artifacts: schedules, risk registers, documentation, and review materials.
  • Comfort working across PCB/mechanical design, firmware/software, and high-power multi-chip systems.
  • Experience using tools to track progress and improve planning and analysis; responsible use of AI tools is a plus.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
