Job Title

Technical Program Manager - DFX Productization

Role Summary

Drive execution of DFX (design-for-testability) programs from plan of record through production release for NVIDIA ASIC/SoC designs. This role coordinates across design, validation, test engineering and operations to make silicon test-ready and producible on schedule.

Experience Level

Mid-level. Requires experience managing semiconductor technical programs and post-silicon/productization phases; posting requests 6+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Own and execute DFX program schedules and cross-functional coordination during pre- and post-silicon phases.

  • Maintain integrated DFX schedules from plan of record through production release, tracking dependencies and milestones (tapeout, first silicon, bring-up, qualification, release).
  • Coordinate pre-silicon test readiness: DFX features, test patterns and ATE test programs ahead of tapeout.
  • Lead post-silicon bring-up activities, troubleshooting SCAN, MBIST, IO and other test content with validation and test teams.
  • Drive productization metrics with Operations: test time reduction, test coverage, yield learning and DPPM/quality targets for qualification and ramp.
  • Manage program reviews, decisions, actions and scope changes; surface risks early and drive mitigations.
  • Coordinate handoffs for production ramp readiness, including system-level and datacenter test requirements.
  • Capture lessons learned and apply standardized execution practices across programs.

Requirements

Key must-have skills and experience for successful execution.

  • 6+ years in semiconductor technical program management, test engineering, DFX or post-silicon validation.
  • Hands-on knowledge of the ASIC/SoC development flow and DFX concepts such as SCAN, ATPG, MBIST and JTAG.
  • Proven ability to drive execution across multi-functional teams and concurrent programs while maintaining complex schedules.
  • Experience with post-silicon bring-up, test content debug and productization activities (yield, test coverage, qualification targets).
  • Strong program management tool proficiency (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence); data-driven reporting skills.
  • Effective communicator, proactive, detail-oriented and able to operate under rapid development cycles and uncertainty.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with ATE platforms and production test flows.
  • Exposure to datacenter/system-level testability and in-field test challenges.
  • Experience with yield analysis and manufacturing quality metrics.
  • Scripting experience (Python) for data analysis or automation.

Education Requirements

BS required; MS preferred, in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
