Job Title
Technical Program Manager - Central CAD & Design Services
Role Summary
Drive end-to-end execution and operational excellence for Central CAD & Design Services (CCDS). The role manages program planning, schedules, risk tracking, cross-functional cadences, and readiness for advanced process nodes and CAD tool flows.
Responsible for program communication, building dashboards and automation, maintaining JIRA/Confluence/SharePoint artifacts, and applying productivity and AI tools to streamline PM workflows.

Responsibilities
Accountable for planning, execution, and communication across CCDS programs and operational activities.
- Plan and manage program schedules, milestones, risk logs, and delivery across teams.
- Run daily/weekly execution cadences: schedule meetings, manage agendas, track and close action items with global stakeholders.
- Coordinate CAD readiness for advanced technologies, process-node enablement, and design-flow integrations.
- Create and maintain operational dashboards, consolidated metrics, and visualizations for program status and decisions.
- Produce regular communications and updates for engineering teams (newsletters, status reports, executive slides).
- Implement and improve JIRA workflows, automations, dashboards, and Confluence documentation structures.
- Leverage AI and productivity tools to automate reporting, documentation, and routine PM tasks.
- Identify process gaps, standardize workflows, and drive continuous improvement to scale program management practices.
Requirements
Must-have technical skills, tools experience, and behavioral competencies for effective program execution.
- 3+ years semiconductor domain experience with deep familiarity of ASIC or AMS design flows and CAD infrastructure.
- Experience with release planning, GIT release management, and EDA tool interfacing.
- Hands-on program management and cross-functional execution experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Power Query, Power Pivot, data modeling, advanced formulas).
- Strong PowerPoint skills for executive storytelling and decision slides.
- Proficiency with planning and diagramming tools (Visio or equivalent; Microsoft Project or Smartsheet).
- Practical experience with JIRA administration: workflow configuration, JQL, dashboards, and automations.
- Experience managing Confluence, SharePoint, and OneDrive for program artifacts and knowledge management.
- Comfortable in Unix/Linux for file operations, logs, and tool execution.
- Excellent communication, organization, stakeholder management, and follow-through.
Nice-to-have:
- Familiarity with enterprise AI tools for PM work (e.g., MS Copilot, Glean, Zoom AI).
- PMP, PgMP, or Agile/Scrum certifications.
- Experience with advanced automation and dashboard tooling beyond standard office suites.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with ~3 years of related professional experience; or Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields with ~1 year of related experience. Equivalent professional experience in lieu of a formal degree is accepted. Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or Agile/Scrum are listed as advantageous.
