Technical Program Manager
Role Summary
Manage implementation and delivery of FuriosaAI's card-level and server-level AI solutions with global manufacturing and hardware partners. Coordinate cross-functional internal teams and external partners to drive projects from integration to delivery.
Role requires frequent English communication with overseas partners, program coordination, milestone tracking, and resolution of technical and process issues to meet customer requirements.
Experience Level
Senior — preferred 3+ years in technical project/program management or partner management (experience guidance from the posting).
Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate technical programs that integrate FuriosaAI hardware into partner platforms and customer systems.
- Manage technical projects with global partners to implement card- and server-level AI solutions.
- Act as liaison between internal engineering teams and external hardware partners to align technical and business objectives.
- Track project milestones, risks, and deliverables; drive timely delivery that meets customer requirements.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, document outcomes, and provide stakeholder updates.
- Collaborate with teams to identify and resolve technical challenges during integration and deployment.
- Develop and maintain integration and deployment documentation and guidelines.
- Represent FuriosaAI in technical and program-level discussions with partners and customers.

- Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Fluency in English for regular meetings with global partners.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn new technologies and concepts.
- Basic understanding of electronics or computer systems, or a demonstrated motivation and ability to learn these areas quickly.
Nice-to-have:
- 3+ years in technical project/program management, technical partner management, or a similar role.
- Experience with hardware or system-level solutions (servers, cards, AI accelerators) and server manufacturing or integration processes.
- Familiarity with structured project methodologies and tools for tracking and reporting program status.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Computer Science, or similar) or equivalent practical experience. The posting explicitly allows equivalent practical experience in place of a degree.
