Role Summary
Product manager on the Questa Product Management team responsible for defining product strategy and roadmaps for Siemens EDA's functional verification platform. The role focuses on Verification Management, Digital Thread, Cloud, and AI capabilities and works cross-functionally with R&D, customers, sales, and marketing to deliver verification solutions for complex SoCs and FPGAs.

Responsibilities
Lead product strategy, translate customer needs into requirements, and partner across the organization to deliver product releases and measurable outcomes.
- Own the product vision and roadmap for Verification Management (verification planning, coverage management, regression analytics, metrics-driven closure).
- Drive the Digital Thread strategy to ensure traceability and data continuity across design and verification lifecycles.
- Lead efforts to enable scalable, cloud-native verification environments and deployment models.
- Define and prioritize AI-powered verification capabilities and intelligent automation features.
- Gather market and customer feedback; validate product direction with key accounts and industry stakeholders.
- Translate technical requirements into user stories and actionable product requirements.
- Define KPIs and success metrics; iterate on products based on data and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with R&D, sales, marketing, and customer success to align priorities and deliver high-impact releases.

Must-have:
- 12–18 years of product management experience, preferably in EDA, semiconductor, or enterprise software.
- Strong understanding of functional verification methodologies (simulation, formal verification, coverage-driven verification).
- Proven experience driving cloud or SaaS product initiatives from concept to market.
- Familiarity with verification management concepts: coverage closure, regression management, metrics-driven planning.
- Understanding of digital thread and data continuity across complex engineering workflows.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear product strategies and roadmaps.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence engineering, sales, and executives.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.
Nice-to-have:
- Exposure to Questa, SystemVerilog, Verilog, or VHDL.
- Direct experience in semiconductor verification toolchains or verification workflows.
