Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities focus on maintaining and improving technical operations and supporting engineering delivery.

• Own day-to-day operations for lab and engineering equipment, including maintenance planning and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities between engineering, facilities, procurement, and external suppliers.
• Establish and improve operational processes, workflows, and documentation to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Manage resource allocation and priorities to support project schedules and deliverables.
• Implement and monitor safety, quality, and regulatory compliance for operational activities.
• Provide technical leadership and direction to operations staff; escalate issues to management as needed.
