The role focuses on defining verification strategy and plans, ensuring verification quality and schedule adherence, and mentoring verification engineers.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage design verification activities and verification plans for ASIC/SoC projects.
• Define verification strategy, create and review test plans, and ensure coverage goals are met.
• Develop, review, and maintain verification environments and testbenches.
• Coordinate with RTL designers, architects, and validation teams to identify and resolve issues.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to verification engineers; track and report verification progress.

• Must-have: Proven experience leading design verification teams on ASIC/SoC projects and delivering verification milestones.
• Must-have: Practical experience with verification methodologies and testbench development.

• Nice-to-have: Experience with UVM/SystemVerilog and common simulators and verification tools.
• Nice-to-have: Familiarity with scripting/automation (e.g., Python, Tcl) and emulation/FPGA prototyping flows.
