Role Summary

Lead and deliver complex IP programs for Synopsys Silicon IP, working across global engineering, sales, and support teams. This customer-facing role manages schedules, risks, and program execution to ensure successful SoC and high-speed IP deliveries.

Experience Level

Senior — typically 15+ years of relevant experience in SoC design, IP development, or program management.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end program delivery and act as the primary customer contact for IP engagements.

• Serve as main technical/program contact for customers on IP programs.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate and drive cross-functional teams across geographies.
• Identify, track, and mitigate program risks and issues.
• Report program status and technical progress to leadership and customers.
• Improve program management processes and best practices.
• Mentor and support program team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

Must-have technical and management skills to run customer programs for SoC/high-speed IP.

• 15+ years of relevant industry experience in program management and semiconductor projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in SoC design, high-speed IP and SerDes, and familiarity with IC manufacturing.
• Strong program/project management skills: scheduling, risk management, reporting.
• Proven customer-facing experience and ability to manage customer expectations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with global, cross-functional teams.
• Nice to have: experience improving PM processes, mentoring teams, and driving IP adoption.

Education Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent; equivalent practical experience is explicitly accepted.
