Responsibilities

The manager will direct staff activities and own delivery of product definition and roadmap work.

• Direct and mentor systems engineering staff and manage direct reports.
• Engage with customers to gather requirements and understand customer roadmaps.
• Define product requirements and future product roadmaps based on market and business assessment.
• Work with customers and internal teams to finalize device specifications.
• Coordinate with design, applications, and cross-functional teams to prepare products for release.
• Set priorities, drive projects to on-time delivery, and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
