System Level Test Engineer (RDSS Intern)
Role Summary
Join the Test Solutions Group to develop and maintain manufacturing test solutions for NVIDIA GPU/CPU products. You will create, validate, deploy, and support diagnostic test programs used as final test for mass-produced chips and work with multiple engineering teams to resolve issues and improve program effectiveness.
Experience Level
Entry-level (Internship). This role is part of the RDSS program; no specific years of prior experience were specified.
Responsibilities
The role focuses on creating and improving test programs and coordinating across engineering teams.
- Develop, validate, and support diagnostic test programs for NVIDIA GPU products.
- Interface with ASIC, ATE, systems/silicon validation, software, VBIOS, and product engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve test issues.
- Monitor test-program performance and drive efficiency and effectiveness improvements.
- Initiate and drive process improvements and preventive actions, including root cause analysis.
- Document findings and share improvements with cross-functional teams.

- Demonstrated ability to quickly narrow down and solve issues in complex stacks of hardware and software.
- Good organization, logical problem-solving, time management, and task prioritization skills.
- Proactive and able to drive projects with minimum supervision.
- Able to work effectively across multiple teams and disciplines.
Nice-to-have:
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems.
- Experience with Python programming and bash scripting.
Education Requirements
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar hardware systems background is required.
