Member of the global Isolated Converters (ISC) product line responsible for defining next-generation isolated voltage and current sensing products. Work with customers, marketing, applications, and design teams to translate market and customer requirements into product specifications and drive products to production.

Experience Level

Mid-level - typically 3+ years of relevant industry experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver product definitions, technical support, and customer-facing system expertise for isolated sensing products.

  • Research market and end-equipment trends for isolated voltage/current sensing and develop product definitions and business cases.
  • Define product strategy and take products through production release.
  • Analyze application-level requirements across automotive (EV), industrial drives, robotics, aerospace/defense, energy infrastructure, and high-voltage data centers.
  • Assess and negotiate IC development tradeoffs with design teams and customers.
  • Provide silicon/system evaluation (hardware and software as needed) and produce related documentation.
  • Deliver application support, training, and ramp support for customers and internal teams.
  • Drive new design wins and interface across functions (design, test, packaging, marketing, sales) to resolve customer issues quickly.
  • Create technical literature such as datasheets, application notes, and presentations.

Requirements

Key must-have skills and preferred qualifications.

Must-have:

  • 3+ years of relevant industry experience in semiconductor, power electronics, or systems engineering roles.
  • Strong understanding of analog circuitry (op-amps, DC/DC power, data converters, sensors), circuit simulation, and electronic system design.
  • Knowledge of isolated AC-DC and DC-DC converter topologies and digital control loops.
  • Customer-facing experience and strong interpersonal/communication skills.
  • Familiarity with lab equipment and hands-on experience with schematics, PCB layout, and electrical simulation tools.

Preferred / Nice-to-have:

  • Experience specifically in isolated voltage/current sensing and EMI/EMC mitigation.
  • Prior experience in semiconductor product definition and driving product roadmaps.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and to ramp on new systems quickly.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (the posting lists Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering).
